12 Arrested In Perry County Drug Raid

Twelve people were arrested following a drug interdiction operation in Perry County on Monday.

Deputies from the Perry County Sheriff's Office and the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force stopped 28 vehicles and raided a home in the 100 block of Broad Street in Glenford.

A total of 31 grams of methamphetamine, 20 grams of marijuana, and two grams of heroin were seized during the operation, according to the sheriff's office. One vehicle and $280 in cash were also seized.

Three women and nine men were arrested during the operation. The names of those arrested are being withheld pending the filing of formal charges.
