Detectives from the Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force arrested three Findlay residents Tuesday for heroin possession.

effery Williams, 39, Megan Himmler, 25, and Andrew Hickle, 27, were arrested after the Findlay Police Department’s Emergency Response Team conducted a search at 818 Summit St. starting at 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, according to the task force.

Williams and Hickle were each charged with a fifth-degree felony for heroin possession, while Himmler was charged with a fourth-degree felony, the task force said.

A fourth person, Vanessa Ortega, 22, of Findlay, was arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant, according to the drug unit.

The search of the residence yielded cash, heroin, prescription drugs, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and items indicating drug trafficking, according to the task force.

The Hancock METRICH unit is supported by METRICH in Mansfield, and funded in part by the state Office of Criminal Justice Services.
