Arrests in Defiance

On Wednesday, April 5, 2017, the Multi Area Narcotics Task Force arrested three individuals in connection with Trafficking in Heroin and Trafficking in Cocaine.  The Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force had been investigating individuals distributing Crack Cocaine and Heroin in the Defiance area.  Authorities allege these individuals were coming from the Toledo, Ohio area into Defiance County and distributing the Heroin and Crack Cocaine.  These arrests concluded a six month investigation by the Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force.  Among the items seized were Heroin, Crack Cocaine and a loaded firearm.  The following individuals were arrested and are currently being held at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.  They are expected to appear in court on Friday, April 7, 2017.  Additional charges are expected.

Arrested were:

Adrionna T. Pritchett, 19, 942 South 13th Street, Toledo, Ohio for Trafficking in Cocaine, a Felony of the Fifth Degree and Trafficking in Heroin, a Felony of the Fourth Degree.

Derion T. Neal, 19, 3207 Elm Street, Toledo, Ohio,  for Trafficking in Cocaine, a Felony of the Fifth Degree and Trafficking in Heroin, a Felony of the Fourth Degree.

Vanequa V. Spencer, 19, 337 Daniels Avenue, Toledo, Ohio, for Permitting Drug Abuse, a Felony of the Fifth Degree.

The MAN Unit was assisted by the Defiance City Police Department and the Defiance County Prosecutor’s Office.   The MAN Unit is funded through the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services covering, Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding, Putnam and Williams Counties.
