Cleveland man arrested in Wickliffe with 28 grams of heroin

A 26-year-old Cleveland man was arrested March 13 after an investigation led to the discovery of a significant amount of heroin in Wickliffe.

Storm D. Blunt was charged with possession of heroin, a second-degree felony, following his arrest at the FairBridge Hotel, 28600 Ridgehills Drive, according to a press release from the Lake County Narcotics Agency.

During the arrest, officers seized 28 grams of heroin, digital scales and other drug paraphernalia from Blunt. Additional charges are pending.

The arrest came after a joint investigation by the Lake County Narcotics Agency, and the Wickliffe and Willoughby police departments.
