DTF raids West Point area home

Crack cocaine and heroin were seized Wednesday when the Columbiana County Drug Task Force served a search warrant at a home south of West Point on state Route 45.

Detective Lt. Brian McLaughlin, director of the DTF, said the drugs seized had a street value of more than $1,800. Agents seized about 10 grams of crack cocaine and 3.7 grams of heroin, along with digital scales. No arrests have been made yet, but McLaughlin indicated arrests are pending.

The search warrant was obtained following an investigation by the DTF.

The county auditor's website states the manufactured home is owned by Nathan Yoder and David W. Miller, however, it also lists another nearby address as the owners' residence.
