Huntington man arrested on drug charges in South Point
A man from Huntington was arrested Wednesday in South Point on drug charges, according to information from the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office.
Keyen Lamar McJimpson, 39, is charged with drug trafficking, a first-degree felony.
McJimpson was arrested at a motel in South Point after officers with the Lawrence Drug and Major Crimes Task Force, the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, and the Ironton Police Department executed a search warrant at a motel in South Point.
Officers seized nearly three ounces of heroin and cash.
McJimpson is set to be arraigned Thursday in Lawrence County Municipal Court.
