Large seizure of GHB and Methamphetamine in Warren County
On July 31, 2015, the Warren County Drug Task Force culminated an investigation into the trafficking of GHB, also known as the “date rape” drug, and crystal methamphetamine.
Arrested and charged with Trafficking in Drugs (F-1) Major Drug Offender, were the following:
Samuel Ray, 45 YOA, Douglasville, Georgia
David Price, 42 YOA, Powder Springs, Georgia
Cindy Soeder, 42 YOA, Douglasville, Georgia
These individuals traveled from Georgia to sell 2 gallons of GHB and ½ pound of crystal methamphetamine to an undercover detective for $10,000. The drugs involved have an ultimate street value of nearly $150,000, and represent one of the largest seizures of GHB ever in the region.
All subjects are currently incarcerated in the Warren County Jail.
