Man accused of heroin trafficking arrested in Somerset

A man accused of methamphetamine and heroin trafficking was arrested Monday in Somerset.

Anthony B. Foster, 36, was arrested on felony aggravated trafficking in drugs charges, and he is being held at the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail, according to the Perry County Sheriff's Office. He may face additional drug and weapons charges once the case is presented to the Perry County Grand Jury.

On Monday, agents with the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force and law enforcement officials from both the Perry County Sheriff’s Office and the Somerset Police Department executed a search warrant at the residence located at 305 West Sheridan Ave. in Somerset.
