Man charged with trafficking after search warrant
A man was charged with a first-degree felony after a drug-related search warrant was executed in Fostoria Thursday.
Devin Jamel Walker, 23, was arrested and charged with trafficking in heroin, a first-degree felony. He was being held at Fostoria Police Department Thursday night.
Additional charges of trafficking Oxycodone, Suboxone and Percocet, permitting drug abuse and possession of criminal tools are pending, a release from Seneca County Drug Task Force - METRICH Enforcement Unit states.
According to the release, the search warrant was signed by Judge Ken Clason of Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court and was executed at 226 S. Union St., Apt. B, which is Walker's residence.
It unveiled a substantial amount of money, suspected heroin, prescription pills, marijuana and evidence of drug trafficking, the release states.
