Police bring in 34 following drug-related indictments

The Columbiana County grand jury recently issued 88 drug-related indictments. On Wednesday, members of the Columbiana County Drug Task Force, the Columbiana County Sheriff's Office, the U.S. Marshals Office and the police departments in Salem, Lisbon and East Liverpool conducted a sweep to serve many of those indictments.

According to Lt. Brian McLaughlin, director of the drug task force, Wednesday's operation led to the arrest of 34 individuals. Another 16 people were served, people who were already in custody in the county jail, state correctional facilities and other county jails.

The following list of individuals were taken into custody:
Robert (BJ) Anderson, 36, Rogers; Devin Baker, 30, East Palestine; Brian Buckley, 22, East Palestine; Robert Buzzard, 42, East Liverpool; Kayla Clingerman, 29, Salem; Marcus Copeland, 29, Elyria; Shawn Cunningham, 28, East Liverpool; Anthony Dailey, 27, Salem; Amy Delauder, 35, Wellsville; Melissa Ditri, 51, East Liverpool; Justin Downs, 33, Salem; Malcom Gilford, 29, Niles (taken into custody in Salem) on a warrant out of Trumbull County; Rachelle Greathouse, 26, East Liverpool; Charles Green, 29, Lisbon; Robert Hendy, 31, Salem; Robert Hoperich, 61, Salem; Matthew Kenst of Wellsville for a warrant from Columbiana County for receiving stolen property; Joseph Koffel, 47, Lisbon; Joshua Lapin, 26, Salem; Britisten Lavant, 20, East Liverpool; Mark Lewis Sr., 57, Salem; Janese Mathias, 21, East Rochester; Richard McCarty Jr., 34, Lisbon; Bradley McKenzie, 34, East Liverpool; Justin Miller, 32, Minerva; Patrick Moore, 40, Wellsville; Michael Pitts, 24, Summitville; Douglas Pridemore, 46, Wellsville; Jerry Riley, 50, East Liverpool; Nikole Riley, 25, East Liverpool; Phillip Roberts, 25, East Liverpool; David Talbott, 25, East Liverpool; Eric Wilson, 32, East Liverpool; and Nicholas Weyand, 26, East Liverpool, on a warrant from Columbiana County for failure to appear.
