Port Clinton man gets two years in prison in drug case

A Port Clinton man will serve two years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated possession of drugs.

According to the Ottawa County Prosecutor's Office and Ottawa County Drug Task Force, Robert A. Emigh, 37, was found in possession of methamphetamine, psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana and drug paraphernalia when agents searched his residence in the 3200 block of West Harbor Road in December 2015.

Ottawa County Prosecuting Attorney James VanEerten said Monday that drug task force agents found more than 12 grams of methamphetamine in a safe in Emigh's home, as well as hidden on his person.

Emigh pleaded guilty to the third-degree felony charge in February.
