One man was arrested after Seneca County Drug Task Force — METRICH Enforcement Unit and Tiffin Police Department executed a search warrant Wednesday afternoon at the same apartment building they searched Nov. 4.

Devin K. Starks, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with trafficking crack cocaine, a fifth degree felony, and has two counts of the same charge pending after police found suspected crack cocaine at 200 E. Market St., Apt. 152, during a search warrant executed at 2:41 p.m., said Chuck Boyer, unit coordinator of Seneca County Drug Task Force — METRICH Enforcement Unit. Starks is being held at the Seneca County Jail.

Those charges are pending the outcome of lab testing.

The apartment is the residence of Charles E. Starks and Kelsey M. Fonseca, who were arrested there after a drug-related search warrant was executed Nov. 4.

Though this is the second time a search warrant has been executed at the building, Boyer said “I think we got everyone selling out of that apartment.”
