Search warrant on Greenlawn Ave

On Monday, March 9, 2015, Officers of the Lima Police Department and members of the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force served a drug related search warrant at 945 Greenlawn Avenue. The Allen County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team assisted in serving the search warrant.  Items seized include over a pound of marijuana, a digital scale and drug paraphernalia.  

James D. Smith (44) of Lima was charged with keeping a disorderly house, obstruction official business and resisting arrest.

Aaron J. Smith (22) of Lima was charged with keeping a disorderly house.

Alexis L. Smith (21) of Lima was charged with keeping a disorderly house.

Susan R. Smith (42) of Lima was charged with keeping a disorderly house.

Toby B. Ruth Jr. (51) of Lima was charged with keeping a disorderly house.

Brianna A. Blankenship (18) of Lima was charged with visiting a disorderly house.

Felony charges will be presented to a grand jury at a later date.

The West Central Ohio Crime Task Force is comprised of officers from the Lima Police Department, Allen County Sheriff’s Office, Van Wert Sheriff’s Office, Paulding Sheriff’s Office and Ohio State Highway Patrol.
