Youngstown man, wife charged with drug possession after raid

Youngstown man police suspect of drug dealing is due in court next week after being secretly indicted by a Mahoning County grand jury.

U.S. Marshals arrested Rolando Pena-Gomez Thursday at a business in Warren where he was working. He is charged with possession of drugs, according to jail records. Members of the Mahoning County Drug Task Force also searched Pena-Gomez’s house in Youngstown and arrested his wife.

Friday, his wife, Natalia Rosario, appeared in Youngstown Muncipal Court on charges of with possession of heroin and tampering with evidence.

The Task Force said police caught her trying to flush about 100 grams of heroin down a toilet as they raided the home. She will be back in court later this month.
