3 nabbed in drug investigation

Three people were arrested when Seneca County Drug Task Force — METRICH Enforcement Unit executed drug-related search warrants Wednesday.

Pierre A. Whitiker, 35, of Toledo, was charged with trafficking crack cocaine; Marcia M. Zachrich, 26, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of heroin; and Sebastian G. Patrick, 28, of Bloomville, was arrested on a parole violation for allegedly trafficking crack cocaine, according to the task force.

They were incarcerated at Seneca County Jail.

Additional charges were pending Wednesday night.

The task force was assisted by Tiffin Police Department, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation’s narcotics unit in executing the search warrants.

The search warrants were signed by Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Steve Shuff and were executed at 200 Charlotte St., the residence of Jason A. Losey, 43, and 199 Charlotte St., the residence of Sheila M. Burdine, 36, and Greggory L. Heilman, 22, according to a task force release.

Officers found money, suspected heroin and crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and criminal tools at 200 Charlotte St. and drug paraphernalia at 199 Charlotte St., the release states.
