5 arrested on drug charges

Five Tiffin residents were arrested Monday after being indicted by a Seneca County grand jury on numerous felony drug-related charges.

According to a release from the Seneca County Drug Task Force METRICH Enforcement Unit, several drug-related investigations involving prescription drugs, cocaine and marijuana led to the indictments and arrests of Chad Brooks, 32, Justin C. Carter, 24, William "Aaron" Harper, 25, Randall Brown, 34, and Justin Rosas, 22.

Two alleged felons remain at large, the release states.

According to the release, Brooks faces four counts of trafficking in cocaine, Carter is charged with two counts of complicity to trafficking in prescription drugs and Harper faces charges of trafficking in prescription drugs, complicity to trafficking in cocaine and complicity to trafficking in marijuana.

Brown is charged with two counts of trafficking in prescription drugs and Rosas is charged with one count of trafficking in prescription drugs.

According to the release, METRICH was assisted Monday by officers from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office and the Tiffin Police Department.
