On July 16, 2014 the Chillicothe Police Department with assistance from the Ohio Organized Crime Commission served three drug search warrants in the city.
The first search warrant was served at 167 Scioto Ave., Amber Sherrick’s residence. Marijuana was seized from the home. Two children were also removed from the home due to living conditions. On May 14, 2014 the Chillicothe Police Department with assistance from the Ohio Organized Crime Commission served a search warrant at 151 E. Fairview St., Chillicothe, Ohio. This came about after investigation by narcotics detectives in reference to three overdoses at that residence in that last month.
Four persons were located in the house and three of those persons were arrested.
Brett Frankel was arrested on a felony warrant from Ross County Court of Common Pleas on charges of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
Brett Frankel’s mother, Teresa Frankel, was arrested for Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments.
Jessica Pfeifer was arrested and charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
Numerous items of paraphernalia were taken out of the house and it appeared that the house was used as a “den” for heroin users to shoot up.

On May 9, 2013 the Chillicothe Police Department with assistance from Ohio Organized Crime Investigations Commission served a search warrant at 354 E. 2nd St., Chillicothe, Ohio.
Detectives recovered crack cocaine, marijuana and paraphernalia from the residence.
Terrance “T.C.” Collins of Columbus, Ohio was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine and Tampering with Evidence.
Cheyenne Estabrooks of 354 E. 2nd St. was charged with Permitting Drug Abuse.
Jennifer Estabrooks, 354 E. 2nd St., was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
