Chillicothe Police Execute Search Warrant

On May 14, 2014 the Chillicothe Police Department with assistance from the Ohio Organized Crime Commission served a search warrant at 151 E. Fairview St., Chillicothe, Ohio. This came about after investigation by narcotics detectives in reference to three overdoses at that residence in that last month.

Four persons were located in the house and three of those persons were arrested.

Brett Frankel was arrested on a felony warrant from Ross County Court of Common Pleas on charges of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

Brett Frankel’s mother, Teresa Frankel, was arrested for Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments.

Jessica Pfeifer was arrested and charged with Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

Numerous items of paraphernalia were taken out of the house and it appeared that the house was used as a “den” for heroin users to shoot up.
