Columbus man convicted of distributing cocaine, heroin and meth

Glenn Marcell Madison, Jr., of Columbus, was convicted of six drug related crimes after a two-day trial before U.S. District Judge James L. Graham.

According to a Department of Justice media release, Madison, also known as “Monster,” was convicted of two counts of distributing cocaine, one count of distributing heroin and one count of distributing methamphetamine. Each count is punishable by up to 20 years in prison. Madison was also convicted of two counts of distributing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, which carries a potential sentence of five to 40 years in prison.

This indictment and subsequent conviction is a result of an investigation by the Columbus Division of Police, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and the Department of Justice.
