Drug-related search warrant executed

Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH Enforcement Unit, along with additional officers from Fostoria Police Department and Tiffin Police Department, executed a drug-related search warrant at 316 Elwood Ave., Fostoria, the residence of Kegan Woodland, 24, and Veronica Lowe, 26.

Jeffrey Brightman, 27, of Toledo, was arrested on a charge of trafficking heroin, a fourth-degree felony. Andy Foy, 26, of Tiffin, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court for failure to appear.
