Drug-related search warrant executed in Tiffin

METRICH Enforcement Unit, along with additional officers from Tiffin Police Department, executed a search warrant on a residence at 200 E. Market Street, Apt. 152, which is the residence of Charles Edward Starks, 25, and Kelsey Marie Fonseca, 24.

It unveiled money, a large amount of crack cocaine, suspected heroin, ecstacy, cocaine and marijuana, and criminal tools, according to a release.
