Drug-related search warrant executed

Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH Enforcement Unit, along with additional officers from Fostoria Police Department, executed a search warrant on a hotel room at Fostoria Motel, 345 W. Lytle St.

It is the motel room of Lamar Snowden, 36, and Tyeesha Ferguson-Snowden, 36, according to a release. The search warrant unveiled money, suspected crack cocaine, suspected heroin, marijuana, criminal tools and evidence of drug trafficking, it states.

Additional charges of trafficking heroin, possession of crack cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of criminal tools and permitting drug abuse are pending on Snowden and Ferguson-Snowden upon the conclusion of the entire drug investigation and the return of the lab analysis of the substances discovered inside the room at the time of the execution of the search warrant.

Ferguson-Snowden was injured when she was shot by Calvin B. Dixson on Bannister Street in Fostoria this summer. Dixson is serving a prison term of life without parole.
