Drug-related search warrants lead to arrests

Two people were arrested when Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH Enforcement Unit executed two drug-related search warrants in Tiffin Monday night.

The task force executed the warrants at 170 E. Perry St., Apartment no. 4, the residence of Amy L. Minser, 30 and 124 1/2 Main Street, the residence of Edward R. Tucker, 50, according to a release.

The warrants, signed by Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court Judge Mark Repp, unveiled money, suspected heroin, suspected crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine and criminal tools from the investigation relating to both residences, the release states.

The release states Arlando C. Crowe, 39, of Fremont, was charged with trafficking crack cocaine and trafficking heroin and Minser was arrested for an active arrest warrant out of Defiance.

Additional charges of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, permitting drug abuse and possession of criminal tools are pending on Crowe, Minser and Tucker upon the conclusion of the entire drug investigation and the return of the lab analysis of substances involved in both investigations, the release states.
