Drug Trafficking

On April 8, 2014 the Chillicothe Police Department with assistance from the Ohio Organized Crime Investigative Commission served a search warrant at 381 E. Water St., Chillicothe. The warrant came after citizen complaints in reference to drug trafficking at the residence.  During the search of the residence crack cocaine and paraphernalia were seized.

The following three people were arrested:

Matt Kinnamon, the resident, was arrested and charged with permitting drug abuse.

Angela Seward, 799 Eastern Ave., was arrested for obstructing official business.

Sean Hancock, 1781 Barharbor Rd., Columbus, Ohio was arrested and charged with Obstructing Official Business and Tampering with Evidence.  Sean Hancock had just been released from prison on March 25, of this year on the original charge of Robbery and is currently being supervised by the Adult Parole Authority. The Adult Parole Authority was made aware of his arrest.
