Drug Warrants

On April, 9, 2014 the Chillicothe Police Department with assistance from the Ohio Organized Crime Investigative Commission served a search warrant at 976 Gilmore St., Chillicothe.  A large amount of cocaine and heroin along with cash and paraphernalia were seized from the residence. The following persons were arrested: 

Mark Tipton (resident) was arrested and charged with permitting drug abuse.

Steve Haddox (resident) was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

Ronald Howland, 812 Delaware St., Washington Court House was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine.

Larry Bostwick, 2843 State Route 207 Lot 14, Chillicothe was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia

Loretta Lawson, 381 E. 2nd St., Chillicothe was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kim Carroll, Homeless, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug abuse instruments.

Shasta Himelrick, Homeless, was arrested and charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.

Tamara Detty, 459 Stanley St., Chillicothe, was arrested and charged with a warrant for failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing official business.

Gwendolyn Davidson, 1159 Cooks Hill Rd. lot 41, Chillicothe was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Three other subjects at the house were not charged and released at the scene.

This is the fourth drug raid by the Chillicothe Police Department in the last week.  The police department would like to remind the citizens of Chillicothe that should they have a drug complaint they can contact the Chillicothe Police Department at 740-773-1191 or at drugtip@chillicothepolice.com.
