FUGITIVE ARRESTED

On March 24, 2012, at approximately 11:45 PM, James Scott was arrested by the Dayton Police Department for Criminal Damaging, Obstructing Official Business, and Resisting Arrest. He provided no address of residence.

James Scott has been a wanted fugitive since his convictions in Warren County Common Pleas Court in late October 2005. Scott left for lunch after the case had been turned over to the jury, and never returned. Scott was convicted on (9) counts of Trafficking in Cocaine, and (2) counts of Possession of Cocaine, all but one being felonies of the 1st. degree.

Scott was featured on America’s Most Wanted television series several years ago, and although several tips were called in, none of them proved to be fruitful.

Scott is facing over 50 years in the state penitentiary and is currently in the Montgomery County Jail.
