Grand jury indicts five on drug charges

An Oak Harbor man is among five County residents indicted by grand jury on drug charges.

Damion Tall, 41, was charged with six counts of trafficking cocaine and one count possession of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, according to the Ottawa County Drug Task Force.

Also indicted by the grand jury were:

Monique Roy, 26, of Port Clinton, was charged with three counts of trafficking in heroin and one count possession of drug abuse instruments.

Robert Rosenburger, 24, of Marblehead, was charged with one count of trafficking in heroin.

Miquel Popoca, 38, of Port Clinton, was charged with three counts of trafficking in heroin. There is a warrant for his arrest.

Jessica Henderson, 36, of Port Clinton, was charged with two counts of deception to obtain morphine and two counts of deception to obtain oxycondone.
