Indictments unsealed, 9 Findlay residents facing drug charges

A Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force investigation has led to the indictments of several area defendants, the law enforcement unit reported Thursday. These people were charged through recently-unsealed secret indictments:

• Chad B.J. Whitely, 26, of Findlay, was charged with two counts of heroin trafficking, felonies of the fourth and fifth degree.

• Christopher J. Powers, 25, of Findlay, was charged with two counts of heroin trafficking, felonies of the fourth and fifth degree.

• Jonathan C. McElroy, 38, of Findlay, was charged with two fifth-degree felony counts of trafficking in drugs.

• Dustin J. Crislip, 26, of Findlay, was charged with trafficking in drugs and heroin, a fourth- and fifth-degree felony.

• Alyssa J. Hammer, 23, of Findlay, was charged with a fifth-degree felony count of permitting drug abuse.

• Bianca R. Garcia, 29, of Findlay, was charged with third-, fourth- and fifth-degree felony counts of heroin trafficking.

• Lloyd T.M. Ellcessor, 27, of Findlay, was charged with a third-degree felony count of illegal conveyance into a detention facility, and fifth-degree felony charges of trafficking in heroin and cocaine.

• Michael E. Harpe, 43, of Findlay, was charged with a third-degree felony count of heroin possession and five fifth-degree felony charges of heroin trafficking.

• Jonathon D. Huether, 32, of Findlay, was charged with permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony. Additional secret indictments have not yet been released and more arrests are forthcoming, according to METRICH.
