Madison Avenue Search Yields Drug Arrests

Two people were charged with possession of drug abuse intruments Thursday when officers with the Special Response Team along with Chillicothe Police Department Detectives served a search warrant at 814 Madison Avenue for a drug trafficking investigation.  

A vehicle was stopped after leaving the residence just prior to the warrant being served. A search of the home found heroin, pills, drug paraphernalia and signs of drug trafficking. During a search of the vehicle officers found marijuana.

Charged were Lars K. Elliott and Megan A. Parsons of that address.

Evidence will be sent to the lab at BCI and the case will be forwarded to the Ross County Prosecutor’s office for charges to be presented to the grand jury.
