Meth Arrest

On 07-22-15 Christa Davis, age 21 of Bryan, and Austin Kurtz, age 20 of Montpelier were arrested following the discovery of a suspected Methamphetamine Lab in their vehicle by Officers from the Mult-Area Narcotics Task Force and the Williams County Sheriff’s Office.  The vehicle was parked at the Don North Building while Christa Davis was making a court appearance at the Bryan Municipal Court.  Clandestine Lab Certified Officer’s from the M.A.N. Unit removed the suspected hazardous chemicals and cooking vessels used in the manufacture of Methamphetamine.  The Bryan Fire Department assisted at the scene while the hazardous materials were being removed.

Both Christa Davis and Austin Kurtz were jailed at CCNO on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine, a felony of the second degree, Assembly of Chemicals to Manufacture Methamphetamine, a felony of the third degree, and Possession of Methamphetamine, a felony of the fifth degree.
