Meth Lab Press Release

Holmes County Sheriff Tim Zimmerly reports that two people are still in custody this morning as a result of a Tuesday evening Search Warrant that was executed at a residence located at 71 North Mad Anthony Street, in the Village of Millersburg. The Search Warrant was obtained after deputies observed what appeared to be an active Meth Lab Cook while attempting to execute an arrest warrant at the residence.

34 year old Bradley J. Gerbetz was arrested for Illegal Manufacturing of Meth and a Failure to Appear Warrant and 26 year old Damien J. Marak was arrested for Probation Violation, both remain in custody. Both will appear before Municipal Court Judge Jane Irving via video from the Holmes County Jail later today.

LEAD Task Force Agents, Holmes County Sheriff’s Deputies and Millersburg Police Officers raided the North Mad Anthony Street residence at around 3:00 P.M. Tuesday evening and discovered an active Methamphetamine Lab in progress. Also recovered were 11 non-active labs and chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamines. Numerous drug paraphernalia was recovered during the search as well.

Also providing on-scene assistance were Holmes District # 1 Fire and EMS Personnel.

Investigation into the incident is continuing.
