METRICH search nets guns, drugs, 2 arrests

Three firearms, drugs and drug paraphernalia were found Wednesday during a search at 57 Brickman Ave. by the METRICH Enforcement Unit with the help of the Mansfield Police Department. Two people were arrested.

Detectives went to the Brickman Avenue residence after receiving complaints of drug trafficking, according to a press release. While
at the home, the detectives gathered information to establish probable cause for a search warrant.

Detectives located three firearms — a .380 Bersa, a 556 FMK AR-15 and a 44 Ruger. Detectives also located 59 grams of cocaine and digital scales.

Terrence Sudberry, 43, is charged with possession of cocaine and having weapons under disability; and Martell Seals, 23, is charged with possession of cocaine.

METRICH Lt. Joy Stortz thanked community members who report drug activity in their neighborhoods. Citizens can call the METRICH crime tip hotline at 419-52-CRIME (419-522-
