Officers: 122 pot plants found, 1 person arrested

One male suspect was arrested after the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force reported it discovered 122 marijuana plants, grow equipment and paraphernalia associated with marijuana cultivation Wednesday at a home in Etna.

The arrest occurred on the 5000 block of Columbus Road with the assistance of the Licking County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team.

Also recovered in the search of the home were methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and several firearms, according to law enforcement officials.

The suspect may face additional charges, and so might other people at the residence at the time of the search and arrest, officials reported.
