Search warrant executed as part of meth ring investigation

Officials executed a drug-related search warrant today as part of an investigation into a methamphetamine ring stemming from Akron and into Seneca County.

Seneca County Drug Task Force-METRICH Enforcement Unit, with additional officers and agents from Sandusky County Drug Task Force, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and Tiffin Police Department, executed a

drug-related search warrant on a vehicle and residence of Pamela S. Reilly, Lewis A. Reilly and Adam L. Barto at 55 E. New Haven St.

Barto 32, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for trafficking in a Schedule I controlled substance, a release states.

Kelli M. Swartz, 27, of Fremont, was taken into custody on an active warrant through Sandusky County. Louis Reilly, 52, was taken into custody on an active warrant through Crawford County and was charged with tampering with evidence.

Matthew J. Childers, 18, of Bellevue, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, the release states.
