Search warrant on Madison Ave

On Friday, January 8, 2016, members of the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force with the assistance of the Lima Police Department’s Enhanced Tactical Unit served a drug related search warrant at 615 Madison Avenue, Lima, Allen County, Ohio.  No one was home at the time.  Approximately 2 grams of suspected heroin, 5 grams of suspected cocaine, digital scales, and a quarter pound of suspected marijuana packaged in smaller amounts were found inside the house.  Felony criminal charges may be presented to a grand jury at a later date.

The West Central Ohio Crime Task Force is comprised of officers from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, Lima Police Department, Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
