Sex trafficking arrests made in Bluffton

A Findlay resident was arrested for solicitation after the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office conducted an undercover operation in Bluffton on Wednesday.

The sheriff’s office reported that Cody Goshe, of Findlay, was one of four people arrested as a result of the investigation. Brandi Millirans, of Lima, was arrested for prostitution; Cierra Miller, of Lima, was arrested for promoting prostitution/drug possession; and Moustapha Saar, of Amiens, France, was arrested for solicitation.

The sheriff’s office did not release the location of the arrests.

All four people are expected to face criminal charges as a result of the investigation, the sheriff’s office reported.

The Hancock-METRICH Enforcement Unit and the Wood County Sheriff’s Office also assisted the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office.
