An Orrville man and woman have been charged in connection with a meth lab that was believed to cause a house fire in Rittman on Tuesday.

On March 24, 2012, at approximately 11:45 PM, James Scott was arrested by the Dayton Police Department for Criminal Damaging, Obstructing Official Business, and Resisting Arrest. He provided no address of residence.
