Local authorities released Thursday information regarding the arrest of a Springfield man who they believe is a significant source of crack cocaine flowing into Logan County. Marcus A. Hagans, 26, of 1628 Edwards Ave., was arrested Nov. 27 after the Springfield Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop in Springfield.
