CLEVELAND — Dentist Corey J. Schmidt, of North Ridgeville, was indicted on charges of trafficking offenses, insurance fraud and theft after illegally writing drug prescriptions for people who were not formally his patients, according to the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office.
