Teen suspect nabbed

Authorities seized a large amount of suspected cocaine, marijuana, some cash and several firearms when they used a search warrant in the city Sunday.
Seferino J.M. "Bobby" Maltos, 19, of 114 1/2 Dale Ave., Willard, was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of criminal tools. He was transported to the Huron County Jail after his arrest.

The Willard Police Department and METRICH Enforcement Unit said their officers seized suspected drug paraphernalia and "items believed to be used for growing marijuana" during the incident at the suspect's home.
"One of the recovered guns was found to have been stolen from the village of Greenwich," Chief Mark Holden said in a prepared statement. "Additional charges are expected to be filed."
The suspected drugs have been transported to METRICH for testing. METRICH is a 10-county drug task force.
