Three arrested In Upper Sandusky for drug trafficking

On Tuesday, July 23 at 2:36 p.m., a Search Warrant was served at 9768 Township Highway 111, in Upper Sandusky. The warrant was issued after a four week investigation by the Wyandot County Sheriff's Office, and the METRICH Enforcement Unit, into drug trafficking. Three people were arrested during the service of the warrant. Luis E Diaz-Castillo, of Upper Sandusky, was arrested for trafficking in heroin. Richard A Baum Jr, of Kenton, was arrested for possession of heroin. Timothy J Cole, of Kenton, was arrested for a probation violation warrant. Detectives removed over 140 unit doses of black tar heroin during the search warrant.
