Triple drug raids net $10k and AK-47

RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) - A trio of drug raids net heroin, drugs, guns and money in Montgomery County.

The RANGE Task Force served warrants Monday at three location, at the same time.

Officer arrived at 5103 Worchester Road in Riverside at about 7:30 a.m.

They also arrived at 1313 Drill Avenue in Dayton and 2469 Cross Village Drive in Miami Twp.

Detectives recovered three ounces of heroin, about $10,000 in cash and nine guns. One gun was an AK-47 style rifle.

The raids came after undercover officers said they bought drugs from Jeffrey Smith, 26, at his Riverside residence.

They also tracked Stephon Robinson, 25, in Miami Twp.

Both men are booked on drug trafficking and weapons charges.

They are sitting in the Montgomery County Jail pending a court date.
