Wiley Street house raided, 3 arrested

Police raided 119 Wiley St. late Tuesday morning — after having raided it previously in August.

Bucyrus police Chief Dave Koepke said a raid that started at 11 a.m. resulted in the arrests of three men who live at the residence.

Six people were arrested in an August search of the same house.

“I think one of them was just sentenced last week from charges that stemmed from the last warrant we executed at the home,” Koepke said.

Koepke said some collected evidence indicates drug abuse and the men will face several charges, including probation violations.

Koepke said the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, METRICH and Galion police assisted.

The names of the three men are being withheld until charges are filed this week in Crawford County Municipal Court.
