Search warrant served in Lima

On Wednesday, April 15, 2015, the West Central Ohio Crime Task Force with the aid of the Lima Police Department’s Enhanced Tactical Unit served a drug related search warrants at 981 Richie Avenue in Lima, Allen County, Ohio.

Approximately two ounces of suspected marijuana, suspected heroin, suspected extacy pills and digital scales were found inside 981 Richie Avenue.  No one was taken into custody.  This case will be presented to a grand jury at a later date.

The West Central Ohio Crime Task Force is comprised of officers from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, Lima Police Department, Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office, Paulding County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
