Craig M. Harber

In the evening hours of February 26th, 2014 officers with Lawrence Drug & Major Crimes Task Force, the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, and the Proctorville Police Department arrested Craig M. Harber, 36 at his residence located at 204 Wilgus Street Proctorville, Ohio. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Lawrence Drug & Major Crimes Task Force. Harber is under indictment for trafficking in heroin and will be arraigned in Lawrence County Common Pleas Court. Tracy A. Langdon, 38 of 11350 County Road 1 Chesapeake, Ohio was also located at the residence and taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant from Lawrence County Municipal Court.
