Lorain County Arrest

Lorain County Drug Task Force made the following arrest:

Daniel Simonovich, age 40, of Lorain. He was recently indicted by the Lorain County Grand Jury on a 2nd degree felony count of Deception to Obtain Dangerous Drugs.

It is alleged that on May 10, 2015 Simonovich got a prescription filled in the name of a close friend. The friend had died of an apparent drug overdose at Simonovich's residence the day before.
