Man arrested after drug bust

Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force detectives arrested a Findlay man on drug charges Thursday.

Lloyd T.M. Ellcessor, 27, was charged with two fifth-degree felony charges of drug trafficking following a search at 8:04 p.m. Thursday of his home at 811 Putnam St., according to Det. Sgt. Justin Hendren.

Law enforcement officers seized an unspecified amount of cash, heroin, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, two firearms and ammunition.

Officers obtained the search warrant through Findlay Municipal Court. The Findlay Police Department Emergency Response Team assisted with the search.

Additional criminal charges are expected, Hendren said.

Ellcessor is being held in the Hancock County jail, and the case remains under investigation.
