Man arrested when search warrant executed

A Fostoria man was arrested on a child support warrant when a search warrant was executed at his home Friday.

According to a release from Seneca County Drug Task Force – METRICH Enforcement Unit, the task force — with additional officers from Fostoria Police Department and special agents from Bureau of Criminal

Investigation’s narcotics division – executed the drug-related search warrant at 730 Circle Drive, the residence of Rickie D. Brown, 42, and Marissa Epley, 29.

Brown was arrested on a child support warrant and was at Seneca County Jail. Charges of possession of heroin and trafficking in heroin were pending Friday, according to the release.

Judge Mark Repp of Tiffin-Fostoria Municipal Court signed the search warrant, which yielded suspected heroin, criminal tools, money and drug paraphernalia, the release states.
