Summit County sheriff’s detectives are continuing to investigate drug and weapons charges against the daughter of a slain New Franklin couple. Chelsea Schobert, 18, remained in Summit County Jail on Wednesday, charged with felony cocaine trafficking. An appearance in Barberton Municipal Court has yet to be scheduled.

A Coventry Township woman, whose former boyfriend is accused of bludgeoning her parents, was arrested on drug trafficking charges Tuesday after a shooting inside her apartment. Chelsea Schobert, 18, is being held in the Summit County Jail pending an initial court appearance.
