Chillicothe PD Arrests 3 Men in Drug Raid

Three men were arrested in a Chillicothe drug raid Wednesday evening. Officers with the Chillicothe Police Department responded at 8pm to 348 East Second Street in reference to a complaint of drug trafficking occurring inside that residence. 

Officers were able to conduct a probable cause search of the residence based on the information obtained during the initial investigation. Narcotic Detectives responded and during a search of the residence located over 10 grams of cocaine, over 5 grams of heroin and a loaded firearm.

Arrested were 35-year-old Terrence M. Collins of Meredith Drive in Columbus on charges of possession of heroin and cocaine, 32-year-old Tywand L. Anderson of East 20th Avenue in Columbus on charges of heroin and cocaine possession and having a weapon under disability, and 43-year-old Jemar D. Harris of East Second Street Chillicothe on an active warrant out of Chillicothe Municipal Court for failure to appear for a community control hearing.

Evidence obtained will be sent to the lab at BCI and the case will be sent to the Ross County Prosecutor.
